These policies govern all Steady Horse clinics, workshops, and in-person events hosted at Grace Ranch (Floresville, Texas) or at off-site locations. By registering for any Steady Horse event, you agree to these policies in full.
All sales are final. Steady Horse does not offer refunds for clinics, workshops, or any event registrations under any circumstances, including inability to attend, horse unsoundness, personal emergencies, or failure to meet event requirements.
If you are unable to attend your registered event, you may request a transfer to a different date of the same event type, subject to availability.
In the rare event that Steady Horse must cancel an event due to circumstances beyond our control, all registered participants will receive a full credit toward a future event of equal value. Steady Horse reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events with a minimum of 48 hours notice when possible. Participants will be notified via email and SMS.
All clinic and workshop registrations include a complimentary 30-day Steady Horse Club trial. The trial automatically bills at the then-current annual Club rate after 30 days unless canceled before the trial period ends. To cancel, contact [email protected] before the 30-day trial period expires. By completing your event registration, you acknowledge and agree to these trial terms.
Horse rental is available for select events, subject to availability. Rental fees are non-refundable. Rental horses are for clinic use only. Participants must follow all handling instructions provided by Steady Horse staff at all times.
Overnight boarding is available at $35 per night. Boarding fees are non-refundable. Participants are responsible for their horse during non-event hours. Steady Horse is not liable for injury, illness, or escape of boarded horses. Feed is not provided — participants must bring their own feed and supplies.
By enrolling in any Steady Horse Service, you acknowledge and consent to the following: Sales calls, onboarding calls, individual coaching calls, group coaching sessions, Barn Hour, Arena Access, Stable Talk, webinars, and any other live or recorded sessions conducted by Steady Horse may be recorded. Video submissions made through the Video Review Channel may be reviewed and responded to by Noah Tillman-Young or Steady Horse coaching staff on video, and those responses may be shared within the community. Steady Horse reserves the right to use recordings, clips, responses, and submitted content for internal coaching purposes, community education, social media (including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube), email marketing, website content, webinars, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and any other promotional or marketing purposes, without compensation. If you do not wish to appear in marketing materials, you must notify us in writing at [email protected] prior to your session or submission. Opting out of marketing use does not affect your access to the Services.
Steady Horse events are built on trust, respect, and patience — for horses and people alike.
Events are held rain or shine. In the event of severe weather (lightning, tornado warnings, extreme heat advisories), Steady Horse clinicians will make real-time decisions about pausing, modifying, or concluding activities early for the safety of all participants and horses. If an event is significantly shortened due to severe weather, Steady Horse may offer a partial credit toward a future event at its sole discretion. No refunds will be given.
An equine professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities.
