Floresville, Texas
This two-day clinic is all about real ranch skills and obstacle work — the kind of challenges you and your horse can face anywhere. From opening gates and side passing, to crossing water, maneuvering through tight spaces, and desensitizing to new situations, each exercise is designed to build trust and confidence between you and your horse. By the end, you’ll not only have the tools to handle unfamiliar obstacles with ease, but also a stronger partnership that will carry over into every ride.
This clinic is for any rider who wants to feel more prepared and confident when real-life challenges show up on the trail, around the ranch, or in the arena. Whether you’re newer to horsemanship or have years in the saddle, you’ll learn step-by-step how to guide your horse through new obstacles, how to clearly address challenges when they arise, and sharpen your communication to build the kind of partnership that makes every ride smoother and safer.
No matter where you are at in your horsemanship journey, our team of clinicians will happily meet both you and your horse where you are at and help you with a plan for progress, even after the clinic is over.
On the final day, you’ll put what you've learned to the test by working through a full ranch obstacle course — combining everything from opening gates and side passing to water crossings and desensitizing challenges. It’s a supportive, friendly environment where you can apply what you’ve learned, get real-time feedback, and walk away proud of how far you and your horse have come.
Not to mention, there are prizes up for grabs!
